All project-related information on this website has been sourced from the developer and is provided solely for informational and enquiry-facilitation purposes.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect the personal data you provide when you visit this website, fill in an enquiry form, interact with our advertisements on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or Google, or communicate with our team. Under the DPDP Act, 2023 (Section 4 and 6), we process your personal data on the following grounds:

• (a) Consent — when you voluntarily submit your details via our enquiry form or Meta Lead Ads, you provide free, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent to collection and processing for the purposes described above.
• (b) Legitimate Use — processing necessary to fulfil a service you have specifically requested, such as a callback, brochure download, or site visit confirmation.
• (c) Legal Obligation — where processing is required to comply with MahaRERA regulations, the IT Act 2000, or any other applicable Indian law.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us at Rahariservices@gmail.com. Withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Your information may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:

• With the developer: Your enquiry details may be shared with VTP Realty Pvt. Ltd. to enable their authorised team to follow up, provide information, or process a booking.
• With advertising platforms: If you respond to a Meta Lead Ad, your data is transferred to us via Meta’s secure API. We may use Meta Custom Audiences for retargeting, subject to Meta’s data policy. We use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking.
• With service providers: We may share data with third-party service providers (CRM platforms, email/SMS providers, website hosting) strictly to deliver our services. These providers are contractually bound to process your data only as instructed by us.
• Legal disclosure: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect our rights or the public from harm.

Meta & Google Advertisements

We run paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google to promote VTP Aurelia. All campaigns are classified under Special Ad Category: Housing as required by Meta’s policy and are operated in full compliance with all applicable platform policies and MahaRERA Order 46C/2025.

If you submit a lead form via a Meta advertisement, your name, email, and phone number are transmitted to us via Meta’s Lead Ads API. By submitting that form, you consent to us contacting you regarding VTP Aurelia.

We may use Custom Audiences (Meta) and Remarketing Lists (Google) to serve follow-up advertisements to users who have previously visited this website. You may opt out through your Meta Ad Preferences or Google Ad Settings at any time.

Our advertisements do not contain claims of guaranteed financial returns, investment yields, or rental guarantees. All ad creatives display the MahaRERA project registration number, QR code, and MahaRERA website address as mandated under MahaRERA Order 46C/2025.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary:

• Active enquiry data: retained for up to 3 years from the last interaction, in accordance with MahaRERA record-keeping norms.
• Transaction or booking data: retained for a minimum of 7 years as required under applicable tax and regulatory laws.
• Google Analytics data: retained for 14 months.
• Consent records: retained for a minimum of 1 year after processing ceases, in compliance with DPDP Rules 2025.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period or upon a valid erasure request, we will securely delete or anonymise your data.

Your Rights Under the DPDP Act, 2023

As a Data Principal under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and DPDP Rules 2025, you have the following rights:

• (a) Right of Access — request a summary of the personal data we hold about you.
• (b) Right to Correction — request correction or updating of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• (c) Right to Erasure — request deletion of your data where it is no longer necessary, subject to legal retention obligations.
• (d) Right to Withdraw Consent — withdraw consent to data processing at any time.
• (e) Right to Grievance Redressal — raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if unresolved.
